We will continue holding our lessons all summer and will only cancel lessons in the event of extreme heat or humidity left up to the discretion of your instructor. Since the hot weather seems to already be upon us, here are a few things to consider when coming for a lesson:
- Shorts are ok to wear if the rider feels comfortable without long pants. Boots with a heel are still required.
- Water or a beverage to hydrate before, during and after your lesson. We often ask students take a few breaks throughout their lessons to get a drink and let the horses rest when it is hot.
- Parents/guardians can bring a beach or table umbrella to provide shade when sitting at the picnic tables.
We can’t wait to see you all and hope to see you at our fun show June 22nd! Do not forget to register as horses are limited!
